WHY PRACTICE VINYASA FLOW YOGA
Vinyasa flow yoga is a dynamic style that links together movement and breath. My classes will help you connect with your body, while also building strength and flexibility. The focus on breath creates a meditative practice, which calms the mind.
Join me on the mat.
When I originally started yoga, I practiced sporadically and often felt self-conscious as I would struggle with basic stretches, and thought that yoga was more suited to naturally flexible people.
When I finally started a regular practice I found it personally transformative. I noticed real changes in my ability to stay focused and engaged with the practice, and changes to my strength and flexibility.
I have a passion for providing a challenging class while making people feel included and able to grow from wherever they are starting from that day. I believe that there is a strong link between physical and mental health, and that yoga provides a space for us to develop in both spheres.
Wherever you are starting from, and whatever your reason for practicing yoga, welcome and I look forward to seeing you on the mat.
